The production process of this round bar is extremely rigorous, from the control of the purity of the titanium carbide powder to the precise regulation of the sintering temperature, each step affects the final performance.

The finished product has excellent dimensional stability, with a coefficient of thermal expansion of only 6×10-⁶/°C under temperature changes from -50°C to 300°C, much lower than that of metal materials, ensuring the accuracy of precision tools in different environments.

It is widely used in wear-resistant inserts for automotive moulds, which can withstand long-term high-pressure friction without easy wear and prolong the service life of moulds.
