Titanium carbide guide wheel is the key guide in the production of wire and tube, made of high purity titanium carbide and cobalt bonding phase by powder metallurgy sintering, surface hardness up to HRC88, wear resistance is more than 50 times of the steel guide wheel.

The roundness error is controlled within 0.002 mm, which ensures that the steel wire runs smoothly during high-speed drawing (speed up to 100 m/s) and avoids fluctuation or displacement.

In the production of stainless steel wire, the use of the guide wheel can make the wire surface roughness from Ra1.6μm to Ra0.4μm, significantly improving product quality.

The guide wheel's corrosion resistance is extremely strong, in the humid environment containing chlorine ions (such as coastal factories) used for more than 5 years without rusting, while the traditional steel guide wheel can only be used for 3 months.

Its internal organization is dense, the porosity is less than 0.1%, which can effectively prevent the coolant from seeping into the internal cracks.

During the drawing process of copper tube, the friction coefficient between the guide wheel and the copper tube is as low as 0.08, which can reduce the scratches on the surface of the copper tube and increase the qualified rate of the finished product from 85% to 99%.
