The dimensional accuracy of this kind of round bar is very high, the tolerance of diameter can be controlled within ± 0.01mm, the surface roughness is as low as Ra0.02μm, which is very suitable for the production of precision cutting tools, mold cores and so on.

In the processing of stainless steel, titanium alloys and other difficult-to-cut materials, the service life of tools made of it is 10-20 times that of high-speed steel tools, which can significantly improve productivity.

Its thermal conductivity is 15% higher than that of conventional carbide round rods, allowing it to quickly dissipate heat generated during the cutting process and reduce heat loss.
