1 - Cleaning: First, clean the surface to remove rust, oil, and other impurities to ensure the adhesion of the zinc coating.
2 - Pickling: Use an acid solution to remove the oxide layer on the alloy surface to achieve a better galvanizing effect.
3 - Galvanizing: UNS G51400 material is coated with zinc using hot-dip galvanizing or electroplating.
Hot-dip galvanizing generally produces a thicker coating, providing better protection.
4 - Post-treatment: After galvanizing, UNS G51400 material can be passivated to improve the corrosion resistance of the coating.
