NF X153CrMoV12 material is not ordinary steel; it's the wear-resistant champion of the tool steel family.

This material contains approximately 1.55% carbon, 12% chromium, and also contains molybdenum and vanadium, essentially giving the steel a bulletproof vest.

It's particularly suitable for manufacturing parts that withstand repeated friction, such as precision cutting tools and stamping dies.

Its hardness can reach up to 60 HRC, much harder than ordinary stainless steel.

Wear-resistant expert: Chromium forms hard carbides, giving the material surface an invisible protective layer.

Deformation resistance expert: The addition of molybdenum and vanadium improves stability at high temperatures.

Fine machining potential: After proper heat treatment, it maintains a sharp cutting edge without easily chipping.

Usage precautions: This material is like a temperamental artist, requiring special care:

Preheat before machining to avoid cold brittleness.

Recommended graded quenching process, temperature controlled between 980-1050℃.

Tempering temperature should not be too high, otherwise it will reduce hardness.

Protect from rust during storage; although it contains chromium, it is not completely rust-free.
