High Quality Iso X210cr12 Material Cold Work Tool Steel - China

ISO X210Cr12 material (also known as D3 alloy tool steel) is a high-carbon, high-chromium ledeburitic steel.

Its chemical composition includes elements such as Carbon (2.00–2.30%) and Chromium (11.5–13.0%).

It features high wear resistance, hardenability, hardness, toughness, thermal stability, and compressive strength, while also possessing excellent overall performance and resistance to thermal oxidation.

Furthermore, it exhibits distinct characteristics of minimal deformation during heat treatment.

This material is processed using isothermal spheroidizing annealing (at 850–870°C) followed by oil quenching (at 950–980°C).

After treatment, it achieves a hardness of 57–62 HRC, combining excellent machinability with broad applicability.

The Japanese JIS grade SKD1 is imported directly from its country of origin; it is supplied in a spheroidized-annealed condition with a hardness range of 217–267 HB.

Available product forms include hot-rolled stock, cold-drawn stock, forged stock, hot-rolled plates, and cold-drawn wire.

ISO X210Cr12 material is primarily utilized in the manufacture of stamping dies for silicon steel sheets, cold-cutting shear blades, cold extrusion dies, and thermosetting plastic molds; recommended hardness levels are 60–64 HRC for punches and 62–64 HRC for dies.

Product forms include plates, bars, seamless tubes, and other profiles.
