20NCD2 steel (≈1.6523/8620) is a carburizing alloy steel, with a standard supply hardness ≤197 HB.
After carburizing, quenching, and low-temperature tempering, 20NCD2 steel can achieve a high surface hardness of HRC 58-63, while the core hardness remains at HRC 30-42, forming a gradient distribution of a hard shell and a tough core, meeting the requirements for high wear resistance and high contact fatigue.
