The powder has a narrow particle size distribution, with a D50 to D90 ratio of less than 1.5, ensuring uniform density of the green body and minimizing deformation after sintering.

In the field of electronic packaging, it can be used to prepare high thermal conductivity packaging materials to address chip heat dissipation issues.
