Tungsten carbide guide wheels are critical guiding components in the production of wire and tube materials.

They are manufactured using high-purity tungsten carbide and cobalt bonding phases through powder metallurgy sintering, resulting in a surface hardness of up to HRC88 and wear resistance over 50 times that of steel guide wheels.

The roundness error is controlled within 0.002 mm, ensuring smooth operation of wire materials during high-speed drawing and preventing vibration or deviation.

The tungsten carbide guide wheels have a wide operating temperature range, maintaining stable performance from -100°C to 600°C, and can be used normally in both low-temperature frozen tube production and high-temperature hot rolling processes.

The hub and rim of the guide wheel are designed as an integrated unit, eliminating issues caused by welding or bonding, with a service life exceeding 100, 000 hours.

In the cable industry, it precisely controls the concentricity of the cable insulation layer, keeping deviations within 0.05 mm, ensuring the electrical performance of the cable.
