These guide wheels are extremely corrosion-resistant and can be used in wet environments containing chlorine ions (e.g., marine plants) for more than 5 years without rusting, compared to 3 months for conventional steel guide wheels.
Its internal organization is dense, the porosity is less than 0.1%, which can effectively prevent the coolant from penetrating into the internal cracks.
During the drawing process, the friction coefficient between the guide wheel and the copper tube is as low as 0.08, which reduces the scratches on the surface of the copper tube and improves the pass rate of the finished product from 85% to 99%.
