These guide wheels are extremely corrosion resistant, and can be used in humid environments containing chlorine ions (e.g. seaside factories) for more than 5 years without rusting, whereas conventional steel guide wheels can only be used for 3 months.
Its internal organisation is dense, with a porosity of less than 0.1%, which effectively prevents the coolant from seeping into the interior and causing cracks.
During the drawing process of copper tube, the friction coefficient between the guide wheel and the copper tube is as low as 0.08, which can reduce the scratches on the surface of the copper tube and increase the qualified rate of the finished product from 85% to 99%.
