As a key material for high-end manufacturing, titanium carbide round bar has excellent corrosion resistance and is not susceptible to rust or deterioration when used in wet, acidic and alkaline environments.
Its thermal conductivity is 15% higher than conventional tungsten carbide round bars, allowing heat generated during the cutting process to dissipate quickly, reducing the risk of tool wear due to overheating.
With a flexural strength of up to 2, 500 MPa, the round rods combine high hardness with a degree of toughness that avoids the problem of impact fracture during use.
