AISI H13 steel sheet and plate is a chromium-molybdenum-vanad ium hot work tool steel supplied by Songshun in the soft-annealed condition for best machinability.

It is produced through controlled hot rolling with subsequent annealing, giving a uniform microstructure and stable hardness that is easy to cut, drill and shape in the workshop.

We offer a practical thickness and dimension range with controlled flatness tolerance, clean sheared or mill-edged borders, and a descaled surface ready for further finishing.

Each sheet is checked for thickness uniformity and straightness so it sits flat in presses and machining centres.

Songshun provides plate processing services including laser and plasma cutting to customer drawings, levelling, and re-annealing after cutting to relieve stress.

We can supply single sheets for trials or bundled lots for continuous production, with material certificates on request.

Common applications of AISI H13 sheet include backing plates, bolster and clamping plates, hot stamping tools, and structural members of die sets where a balance of toughness and heat resistance is needed.
