Ultra-thin precision machining, micro-precision machining: The X-axis stroke is 600mm, and the suction cup size is 665×300mm.
It is specially designed for small-size workpieces.
The minimum thickness of the tooth piece is 0.05mm (aluminum/copper), realizing fine machining of ultra-thin tooth pieces.
High dynamic response: The rapid movement of X/Z axis is 10 meters/min.
Equipped with Taiwan LNC (Lianbao) control system, it supports high-speed and high-precision interpolation, which is suitable for rapid production of multi-batch small parts.
Double-tool configuration, flexible tool combination: Standard 150mm+300mm shovel teeth cutters are suitable for workpieces of different widths (copper/aluminum maximum 150mm), taking into account narrow-precision machining and medium-size efficiency requirements.
Lightweight design, low-energy consumption design: High cost performance, low energy consumption, less maintenance cost.
The whole machine power is 10KW, and the volume is small (2.5 tons).
It is easy to install and suitable for space deployment in laboratories and small and medium batch production lines.
