1.2363 Steel Process Optimization Recommendations Preheating and Quenching: Two-stage preheating at 650℃/850℃, austenitization at 940–960℃, holding coefficient 1.5–2 min/mm, air cooling to room temperature followed by immediate tempering.

Tempering Cycles: 550℃ × 2h × 2 times, hardness controlled at 58–62 HRC, balancing hardness and stability.

Cryogenic Treatment (Optional): Treatment at -70~-196℃ for 1–4 hours to reduce retained austenite and further improve dimensional stability (suitable for ultra-high precision requirements).

Grinding and Surface Treatment: Use resin-bonded grinding wheels, grinding feed ≤0.01 mm/pass to avoid grinding burn; nitriding or PVD coating may be necessary to improve wear resistance and corrosion resistance without affecting the substrate dimensions.
