Gears and Gear Shafts

The transmission systems of agricultural machinery (such as tractors, harvesters, and seeders) are subject to continuous torque and impact loads.

After quenching and tempering (quenching followed by high-temperature tempering), 5130 steel round bar can achieve a hardness of 28-32 HRC.

High-frequency hardening can further enhance wear resistance, effectively resisting friction and impact during gear meshing and extending the service life of transmission components.
