Temperature Control Accuracy

During the two quenching heat treatments, the temperature control accuracy of SCr420 steel directly affects the heat treatment effect.

The heating equipment should be equipped with a high-precision temperature control system to ensure that the actual heating temperature is within ±5°C from the set temperature.

During the heating process, the predetermined heating rate should be strictly followed to avoid excessive heating, resulting in excessive temperature difference between the inside and outside of SCr420 steel, and excessive thermal stress.

At the same time, during the insulation stage, the temperature should be kept stable to prevent the influence of temperature fluctuations on the transformation of the organization.
