1 - Quenching:
- First quenching: heating to 880℃, then quenching.
- Second quenching: heating to 780℃ to 820℃, then quenching.
- The quenching medium can be water cooling or oil cooling.
2 - Tempering:
- The tempering temperature is 200℃.
- Water cooling or air cooling is used after tempering.
