Key Advantages of GOST 9KH5VF Steel's Dimensional Stability: **Air-hardening Characteristics: ** Sections ≤100mm can be air-hardened, with deformation only **1/4** of traditional oil-quenched manganese steel; **Stable Microstructure: ** Mo and V refine grains and form stable carbides, reducing abrupt phase transformation volume changes; **Low Residual Stress: ** Proper tempering and deep cooling effectively eliminate quenching stress and suppress aging deformation.
