The ease of machining of annealed GB 50CrVA steels (usually full annealed or spheroidizing annealed) is essentially the result of heat treatment to manipulate the microstructure, reduce material hardness, and improve plastic deformation and tool action during cutting, thereby improving machining efficiency, minimizing tool wear, and ensuring surface quality.

The ease of machining of annealed GB 50CrVA steels is essentially the result of a combination of "spheroidal pearlite structure, low hardness, and high uniformity.

" Annealing spheroidizes cementite and eliminates internal stresses, resulting in a material with low hardness (to reduce cutting forces) while maintaining good plasticity to prevent chipping, thereby reducing tool wear and improving surface quality.

This characteristic makes it an ideal state for "pre-processing of spring parts", perfectly connecting the process chain of "machining-final heat treatment", and is the key link for the industrial application of GB 50CrVA steels.
