Titanium carbide powder is a grayish-black ultrafine powder with a purity of over 99.9%, and an average particle size ranging from 0.5 to 5μm.

It features a high melting point (3140℃) and high hardness (Mohs hardness 9-10).

It is the core raw material for preparing titanium carbide hard alloys and ceramic materials.

In powder metallurgy, when mixed with cobalt and nickel powders and sintered, it can be made into high-performance alloys.

The powder has good sphericity and excellent fluidity, with a bulk density of 2.5-3.0g/cm³, which can ensure the uniformity of the composition of the sintered products and prevent the occurrence of pores or segregation.
