The roundness error is controlled within 0.002 mm, ensuring smooth operation of wire during high-speed drawing (speeds up to 100 m/s) and preventing vibration or deviation.

In stainless steel wire production, using this guide wheel reduces surface roughness from Ra 1.6 μm to Ra 0.4 μm, significantly improving product quality.

The guide wheel surface can be specially treated as required, such as by applying a diamond coating, which further increases wear resistance by 30%, making it suitable for processing high-hardness alloy wire.
