After sintering with a metal bonding phase at temperatures between 1100°C and 1300°C, it can be formed into a high-density hard alloy with a bending strength exceeding 1500 MPa.

In the field of high-temperature bearings, this alloy bearing can withstand high temperatures and heavy loads, outperforming traditional bearing steel.

The powder has high hardness, with a microhardness of 2200 HV.

The wear-resistant coating prepared from it can achieve a hardness of HRC 65 or higher, making it suitable for applications involving high-stress wear, such as the surface strengthening of excavator bucket teeth and crusher hammer heads.

The coating exhibits high bond strength with the substrate, exceeding 50 MPa, and is resistant to peeling, ensuring long-term performance.

In mining machinery, components treated with a chromium carbide coating can withstand the severe impacts and friction of ore, with service life increased by 4 to 6 times.
