The corrosion resistance of this guide wheel is extremely strong, in the humid environment containing chlorine ions (such as seaside factories) used for more than 5 years without corrosion, while the traditional steel guide wheel can only be used for 3 months.

Its internal organisation is dense, with a porosity of less than 0.1%, which effectively prevents the coolant from seeping into the interior and causing cracks.

In the process of copper pipe drawing, the friction coefficient between the guide wheel and the copper pipe is as low as 0.08, which can reduce the scratches on the surface of the copper pipe and increase the qualified rate of the finished product from 85% to 99%.
