Titanium carbide alloy round bar is a high-performance material made of titanium carbide (TiC) as a matrix with the addition of metal or ceramic reinforcing phase.

Its appearance is silver grey metallic luster, smooth surface, excellent hardness and wear resistance, hardness up to 2800-3200HV, close to the hardness of diamond, can effectively resist high load friction and cutting wear.

At the same time, it has good high-temperature resistance, can be in the high temperature environment of more than 1000 ℃ to maintain structural stability and mechanical properties, strong oxidation resistance.

As a key material in high-end manufacturing, titanium carbide carbide round bar has excellent corrosion resistance and is not easy to oxidise or deteriorate when used in humid, acidic and alkaline environments.

Its thermal conductivity is 15% higher than conventional tungsten carbide round bars, allowing heat generated during the cutting process to dissipate quickly, reducing the risk of tool wear due to overheating.

With a flexural strength of up to 2, 500 MPa, the round rods combine high hardness with a degree of toughness that avoids the problem of impact fracture during use.

In the aerospace industry, they are commonly used as precision machining tools for manufacturing parts.
