In the production of stainless steel wire, the use of the guide wheel can make the wire surface roughness from Ra1.6μm to Ra0.4μm, significantly improving product quality.

The surface of the guide wheel can be specially treated according to the demand, such as after spraying diamond coating, the abrasion resistance is increased by 30%, which is suitable for processing high hardness alloy wire.

Its weight is 30% lighter than steel guide wheels of the same size, which reduces the load on the drive motor and lowers energy consumption by more than 15%.
