During the production of spring steel wire, the use of these guide wheels maintains the straightness deviation of the wire within 0.5 mm/m, significantly enhancing the fatigue resistance of the resulting springs.

Hard alloy titanium carbide guide wheels are critical guiding components in wire and tube manufacturing processes.

They are fabricated through powder metallurgy sintering using high-purity titanium carbide and cobalt as a binder phase.

These guide wheels have a surface hardness of up to HRC88, with wear resistance exceeding 50 times that of conventional steel guide wheels.

Their roundness deviation is precisely controlled within 0.002 mm, ensuring smooth wire movement during high-speed drawing (up to 100 m/s) and preventing vibration or lateral displacement.

In stainless steel wire production, the application of these guide wheels can reduce the surface roughness of the wire from Ra1.6 μm to Ra0.4 μm, thereby markedly improving the overall surface quality and performance of the final product.
