The production process for this round rod is extremely rigorous, from controlling the purity of titanium carbide powder (purity ≥99.5%) to precisely regulating the sintering temperature (approximately 1500°C), with each step influencing the final performance.

The finished product exhibits excellent dimensional stability, with a thermal expansion coefficient of only 6×10⁻⁶/℃ under temperature changes ranging from -50°C to 300°C, significantly lower than that of metallic materials.

This ensures the precision of precision tools under various environmental conditions.

It is widely used in wear-resistant inserts for automotive molds, capable of withstanding long-term high-pressure friction without significant wear, thereby extending the service life of the molds.
