The production process of this round bar is extremely strict, from the control of the purity of titanium carbide powder (purity ≥ 99.5%) to the precise regulation of the sintering temperature (about 1500 ℃), each step affects the final performance.

The finished product has excellent dimensional stability, with a coefficient of thermal expansion of only 6×10-⁶/°C under temperature variations from -50°C to 300°C, which is much lower than that of metal materials, ensuring the accuracy of precision tools in different environments.

It is widely used in wear-resistant inserts for automotive moulds, which can withstand long-term high-pressure friction without easy wear and prolong the service life of moulds.
