Chromium carbide powder is grey-black in colour, with high hardness, excellent abrasion resistance, high temperature and chemical corrosion resistance.

With controllable particle size and high purity, it can be used to prepare wear-resistant coatings, hard alloys and high-temperature structural materials, which are widely used in metallurgy, machinery, chemical industry and other fields, and it is the key raw material to enhance the service life of parts.

The particles are fine and uniform, with particle size mostly distributed in the micron range, featuring high purity and low impurities, with moderate specific surface area, showing good dispersibility and sintering activity.

Its hardness is as high as 1300 - 1800HV, with excellent wear resistance, and can effectively resist high stress friction and particle scouring.

With a melting point of about 1895°C, it maintains stable chemical properties and crystal structure at high temperatures, and has good antioxidant properties, allowing it to serve for a long period of time in high temperature environments of more than 600°C.
