Industrial valves are important mechanical devices in industrial pipeline system, this device is used to regulate and control the flow of the medium through the pipeline, the valve has the ability to open/close and regulate the flow pressure to ensure the pipeline system works as planned.

Applications in pump and valve: pump housings, valve bodies, impellers and rotors, flanges and connectors.

Sand casting process:

1 - Mold creation: A mixture of sand and clay is used to form the mold, which can accurately capture intricate details of the component design.

2 - Metal Pouring: Molten grey iron is poured into the sand mold, filling every cavity and forming the shape of the pump or valve part.

3 - Cooling: The mold is allowed to cool, solidifying the grey iron into the desired shape.

4 - Finishing: The cast part is cleaned, and any excess material is removed.

Further finishing processes such as machining may be applied to achieve precise dimensions and surface finishes.
