Operating Instructions for Hydraulic Pumps

Rotation direction: The standard direction is clockwise (viewed from the shaft end) – only this direction is allowed.

Always check the rotation direction to confirm the motor starts instantly.

Hydraulic oil: Use high-quality oil with a viscosity of 20 to 50 CST (ISO VG32) at 40°C when the working pressure is below 7.0 MPa.

Oil discharge pressure: Insert the discharge pipe directly into the fuel tank, ensuring the back pressure from the filling pipe remains below 0.3 kg/cm².

Working oil temperature: The continuous operating temperature range should be kept between 15°C and 60°C for stable performance.

Axis alignment: The eccentric error between the pump shaft and motor shaft must not exceed 0.05 mm, and the angle error should be within 1°.

Oil suction pressure: Maintain the oil suction pressure at -0.3 kg/cm².

Pressure adjustment: To adjust output pressure, turn the pressure adjustment bolt left (counterclockwise) to reduce pressure, or right (clockwise) to increase it.

After adjustment, make sure to tighten the nut cap securely.
