Function Description Unwinding part  The unwinding adopts shaftless hydraulic expansion head, which is convenient for single-person operation.

The expansion head is 3 and 6 inches, which is strong and durable.

The left and right clamping arms are hydraulically controlled by dovetail groove linear guide rails.

There are two hydraulic clamping cylinders, which can be separated to the left and right at the same time, and the clamping operation is extremely convenient.

Two hydraulic power loading and unloading cylinders can withstand 3 tons of raw materials, saving manpower and shortening loading and unloading time.

The unwinding diameter is automatically detected by the proximity switch at the unwinding transmission shaft.

There is no need to enter the material thickness.

The residual roll diameter of the unwinding can be set to automatically slow down and stop, which is convenient for the next roll material to be connected.

The unwinding tension adopts the closed-loop automatic taper tension of the sensor, and the control mode is controlled by PLC.

 There is a mechanism for automatic and manual adjustment of the loose and tight edges of the unwinding, with an adjustment range of ±20mm.

The automatic deviation correction system automatically corrects the material along the edge.

The entire frame adopts a guide rail to move left and right.

The moving part adopts a threaded screw, which is pushed left and right by a servo motor to achieve automatic deviation correction.

 Unwinding adopts magnetic powder brake (or pneumatic brake device)

Controlled by SMC precision proportional valve.

 The frame adopts 80# high-quality casting vertical structure, and the whole machine is supported by seamless hollow steel pipe.

Rewinding part

 The winding adopts the double structure of surface winding and center winding, and the single winding form is with arc-shaped stick.

The winding mechanical arm adopts the imported dovetail groove linear guide structure

 The principle of surface winding form, the winding shaft is closely attached to the steel shaft for synchronous winding (the steel shaft is in the form of passive transmission)

 Each winding shaft is driven by a 22kw servo motor.

The winding tension is based on the current material winding diameter.

The PLC automatically controls the inverter to adjust the tension of the air shaft, so that there is no thickness factor in the multiple slit materials, and all the reel end faces are flat.

The flatness of the disk surface is freely switched by pneumatic pressure and deadweight pressure, and the tightness of the inner and outer layers of the finished roll can be controlled.

As the winding diameter continues to increase, the PLC automatically controls the speed of the winding servo motor to reduce, greatly extending the service life of the servo motor.

When single-axis rewinding is required, the whole axis tension can also be selected in the touch screen, and the winding servo motor is in the cone control mode.

Discharging type: hydraulic automatic unloading

Waste edge recovery device: The edge suction device (optional automatic shredding function) sucks out the waste edges (discharge 20 meters away), and the supplier provides a waste edge collection net box.
