1 - According to slab specification/size and product requirement, we can tailor-make heating furnace.

2 - For the preheating of large scale slab before rolling, jetting flow heating technology is adopted, using super large air volume high pressure centrifugal fan to guide the hot air to the furnace bottom through special hot air circulation duct, the hot air jet out at high speed along the intervals of slabs and result in more efficient heat exchange with slabs' surface.

So the heat rating is improved, heating cycle is shortened, production is improved and consumption is saved.

3 - Special designed V type material cushion structure can be used for the heating of slabs with different thickness.

4 - The specially designed material cushion return cart can take the cushion back quickly from the discharge end to the charging end, several heating furnace can share one set of material cushion return mechanism.

5 - The special constructed enforced cooling type in furnace and the reliable thermocouple for material temperature measurement ensure the uniformity of slab heating and rapid temperature falling down.

6 - The patent exhaust heating recycling technology can achieve much lower energy consumption, comparing to the traditional heat circulating slab heating furnace, the new type jet-flowing heating rate improves above 30 percent.

7 - Advanced PLC control technology and SCADA management system make the automatic production of the whole line and can generate various production reports automatically.
