1 - Adopting the hidden patent technology of track and tray support, the deformation phenomenon of track and tray support is completely eliminated, the invalid volume in the furnace is reduced, and the hot air circulation effect in the furnace is improved.
2 - The furnace geometry will be designed according to the shape of the aluminum profile, high speed circulation of the furnace air will be realized along the longitudinal direction of the profile.
3 - In order to adapt to the extra large dimensions and special aging treatment requirements, double fan relay and reverse circulation mode are adopted so that hot air flow direction switchover inside furnace can take place.
4 - The aging temperature homogeniety of the profile is within minus/plus 2 degree.
