Maximum width of aluminum workpiece is 750mm (thickness ≤1mm), suitable for machining mainstream heat dissipation products.
2 Cost-effective configuration: 17KW power, 10-ton machine body, balancing stability and energy consumption; Standard - equipped with 2 pieces of 700mm shovel teeth cutters, suitable for 750mm-wide aluminum workpieces or 300mm copper workpieces, covering most commercial scenarios.
3 Flexible switching of material thickness: Maximum thickness of aluminum workpiece is 2mm (width ≤400mm), and that of copper workpiece is 1mm.
Supports "thick tooth piece & narrow width" and "thin tooth piece & wide width" modes, meeting design requirements for different heat dissipation coefficients.
