Candy production line A candy production line is an automated industrial assembly line used for manufacturing hard candies, soft candies, lollipops and other confectionery foods.
This production line realizes full-process automated production through five core links: ingredient mixing, sugar dissolving, vacuum boiling, shaping and packaging.
Vacuum sugar boiling equipment is used to lower the boiling point of the sugar solution.
After preheating, evaporation and concentration, a high-concentration sugar paste is formed, with the moisture content controlled below 2% to ensure transparency and crispness.
The forming process includes two techniques: stamping forming and casting forming.
The former makes sugar blocks through a rotary press, while the latter uses a sugar injector to inject liquid syrup into a silicone mold for cooling and setting.
It supports a variety of products such as single-color, sandwich, and two-color spray patterns.
The packaging process is equipped with pillow packaging machines for moisture-proofing and sealing.
The equipment integrates a PLC control system and an LED touch screen, with a standard output of 150-600kg/h.

1 - Ingredients
(1) Material balance: Material balance encompasses two aspects.
The first is the dry solid balance, and the second is the reducing sugar balance.
During the production process of hard candies, the materials undergo chemical changes due to heat, with some substances increasing and others decreasing.
This also inevitably leads to mechanical loss of substances.
This change not only reflects the technical level of the process but also brings about technical and economic consequences.
The two balanced relations can be expressed as follows:
Product harvest dry solids = dry solids of each material + dry solids lost during processing
The total reducing sugar of the product = added reducing sugar + generated reducing sugar
(2) Ingredient calculation:
① Calculating the approximate composition from the candy formula and understanding its chemical composition from the known candy formula can be done through laboratory analysis methods or by calculation to obtain the approximate composition.
It is necessary to verify with both methods in production.
② Determine the original formula of the product composition based on the results of laboratory analysis.
