WQX Sewage submersible electric pump with high head

WQX sewage submersible electric pump is composed of water pump, seal and motor.

The motor is located on the upper part of the electric pump.

Motor is a single-phase or three-phase asynchronous motor.

The water pump is located at the lower part of the electric pump, with a channel impeller and volute structure.

Mechanical seals are used between the pump and the motor, and O-type oil-resistant rubber sealing rings are used as static seals at each fixed stop to ensure the reliability of the electric pump.

The electric pump rotor shaft adopts heat treatment process to ensure the shaft has more reliable mechanical strength, which can effectively improve the abrasion resistance and corrosion resistance of the shaft, and also facilitate the maintenance and disassembly of the impeller.

Application:

WQX Sewage submersible electric pumps are widely used in the industry, agriculture, mining, construction, municipal environmental protection and so on.

It can be used for pumping liquids containing short fibers, paper scraps, such as silt solids liquids, solids or software such as mud, grey water, life wastewater, sewage, faeces and urine and so on.
