Stainless steel Chemical alkali transfer centrifugal pump

HJ, IJ single stage single suction cantilever centrifugal chemical pump is made on the base of IH chemical centrifugal pump.

The performance and size meet with standard ISO2858 and technology is in accordance with ISO5199 standard.

HJ, IJ chemical industry alkali transfer pump is mainly used in conveying slurry containing less than 50% solid granules in chemical process.

HJ, IJ chemical pump has the following features in structure, compared with IH pump:

1 - Fully open impeller

2 - Shortened cantilever of impeller and increased diameter of shaft

3 - Volute case of unsymmetrical section, pump case without mouth ring

4 - Impeller nut and impeller are integrated

5 - Double end face mechanical seal or new type gland packing seal

Advantages:

1 - Higher efficiency than IH pump.

It is used in conveying high viscosity fluids or liquids containing solid particles

2 - Volute case of unsymmetrical section lowers the shock loss of liquids and shortens the size of pump case

3 - Increase strength of shaft and lower deflection of rotor.

Pump can operated smoothly and the seal has a long life

4 - The integrated impeller and impeller nut can improve the feeding condition of pump and strengthen the cavitation proof performance of the pump

5 - Advanced seal for less leakage

6 - The gap of the pump can be adjusted without disassembly pump case and impeller to reduce maintenance time and save maintenance cost.
