S-type single-stage double-suction horizontal split centrifugal pump.

The suction

and discharge ports of this pump are both located below the pump axis line.

During

maintenance, simply remove the pump cover to disassemble all components for repair.

The S-type pump primarily consists of the pump body, pump cover, shaft, impeller, sealing ring, shaft sleeve, bearing components, etc.

Its performance complies with

the JB/T 1050-93 standard "Single-Suction and Double-Suction Clear Water

Centrifugal Pump Types and Basic Parameters.

chemical properties similar to water, excluding solid particles.

Structural Description

The suction and discharge ports of this pump model are both located below the pump

shaft axis, aligned horizontally perpendicular to the axis.

During maintenance, there is no need to disassemble the inlet and outlet pipes or the motor.

From the

drive direction, the pump rotates clockwise (or can be modified to rotate

counterclockwise based on user requirements).

The main components of the pump include: pump body, pump cover, impeller, shaft, double suction sealing ring, and shaft sleeve.

The pump body and pump cover form the working chamber of the impeller.

On the inlet

and outlet flanges, there are threaded holes for installing vacuum gauges and

pressure gauges.

At the lower part of the inlet and outlet flanges, there are

threaded holes for drainage.

The impeller, after static balance verification, is fixed on the shaft using a

shaft sleeve and the shaft sleeve nuts on both sides, with its axial position

adjustable via the shaft sleeve nuts.

The pump shaft is supported by two single-row radial ball bearings.

The bearings

are mounted in the bearing housing and installed at both ends of the pump body, lubricated with grease.

The double suction sealing ring is used to prevent water leakage from the pump

pressure chamber back to the suction chamber.

The pump is directly driven by the motor through an elastic coupling, and can also

be driven by an internal combustion engine when necessary.

The shaft seal is a soft packing seal (a mechanical seal structure can be adopted

based on user requirements).
