This series of electric pumps is a new type of electric pump that combines a closed self cooling three-phase asynchronous motor and a single-stage centrifugal pump.

It is divided into AB, AOB, AYB, DB, YSB, JCB series.

5 - The coolant pump first filters the coolant in the filter to remove impurities from the coolant, and then pressurizes the coolant to deliver it to the tool with internal cooling function.

The chips generated by the cutting tool will also return to the water tank with the coolant, which is the entire circulation process of the coolant.

The ideal coolant is one that does not contain any solid impurities, but in practical use, the coolant will inevitably mix with chips, especially in the processing of cast iron and plastic parts with powder chips.

Finally, impurities in the coolant will act on the cutting area through the cooling holes of the tool, so the impurities will also be repeatedly processed.

The larger the volume of impurities, the more impurities the coolant repeatedly cuts throughout the entire cycle, and the wear of the tool and the machining effect of the workpiece will be more obvious, which is closely related to the filtering function of the filter
