The pump shaft adopts a side-mounted layout, resulting in a more compact pump body structure, making it suitable for installation in space-constrained scenarios.

Closed cooling towers typically use vertical or horizontal centrifugal pumps for the spraying system, with materials such as cast iron, bronze, or stainless steel to accommodate the water quality and corrosiveness of the spraying water

Before installation, check the pump body for sealing integrity to prevent leakage during operation.

In the initial running phase, monitor the motor temperature and vibration to ensure no abnormal noise.

After prolonged use, regularly clean impurities from the impeller and pump chamber to avoid blockages affecting performance.

If the transported medium contains particles, it is recommended to install a filter at the pump inlet to extend the equipment's lifespan.

Additionally, voltage fluctuations should be controlled within ±10% to prevent motor overload damage.
