Applications & Features TMC - 306 is a generic variety of acylhydrazine nucleating agent, mainly is suitable for the polylactic acid (PLA), poly (butyl diacid butyl glycol ester (PBS) and poly (alkyl alcohol acid ester (PHAs) crystalline biodegradable polyester, and have the aim of promoting the crystallization of resin, improving the crystallization temperature, shortening the molding cycle, improving the heat resistance temperature, improving the mechanical properties and increasing the surface gloss.

At the same time, TMC-306 can effectively improve the heat resistance of polycarbonate (PPC) in processing.

Based on the acylhydrazine group in its structure, TMC-306 has the catalytic effect of inhibitory and passivated metal ions (heavy metal ions) on polymer degradation, thus showing certain anti-oxidative properties.

The recommended dosage range of TMC-306 is 0.5~1.5% (by weight).

And it can be employed in conjunction with other appropriate dispersant agents to help disperse when applied polylactic acid and other resins.

This product can be directly used in matrix resin or be processed into a certain concentration of masterbatch.
