Crystallization feature: When crystallized from water, it contains 2 water molecules; in dry air, it transforms into octahedral anhydrous crystals.

Thermal performance: No obvious melting point; it melts and decomposes above 330°C.

Its main applications include:

Raw material for disinfectants: Used to produce Sodium Dichloroisocyanurate and Trichloroisocyanuric Acid (demand for these disinfectants has grown rapidly in recent years).

Flame retardant production: Applied in the synthesis of Seka, Pybeck series flame retardants.

Synthetic material monomer: Serves as the monomer for cyanuric acid series synthetic materials (e.g., Seka).

Insulating paint modification: Improves the performance of polyester imide insulating paint (enhances heat resistance, buckling resistance, voltage breakdown resistance, and thermal shock resistance) — this modified paint meets the "high power, small size" demand of modern motors, driving the demand for Seka (the modified material), which has reached a tens-of-thousands-ton production scale in China and further boosted cyanuric acid consumption.
