application area:

• it could be use with ready mixed concreate

with pump and with no pump

• it could be use with all kinds of concrete

production either reinforced and unreinforced

and normal weight & lightweight

advantages:

• compare to unreinforced concrete decreases water

/ cement ratio

• compared with unreinforced concrete, increase

early and final strength

• provides easy workability and reduces the risk of

separation

• at high temperature air condition, provides

excellent out of the concrete surface of the mold

makes it easy to gauge shooting

• spr 222 s does not contain chlorine technical specifications:

density : 1.14 – 1.20 gr /cm

dosage of use:

spr 222 s in the proportion from %1 to % 2 of the

total binding amount.

application method:

aggregate and binder (cement-micro silica fly ash)

should be mix together until having a homogeneous

mixture.

after adding this mixture’s water part to %

70 of dry mixture part, spr 222 s should be added to

the rest of the mixture together with the remaining

water and should be mix enough.

storage and expiration date:

it should be stored at +5 c to +50 c ambient

temperature.

expiration date is 12 months.

compatibility with other additives:

spr 222 s compatible with all concrete additives, except polycarboxylate containing additives

packing:

1000 kg ibc tank and bulk.
