Weifang 100Tong Casting Co Ltd, established in 2002, lies in Weifang City-world kite capital, Shandong Province.

100TONG is specialized in ductile iron grooved fittings and couplings, valves and coated steel pipes.

The company has passed ISO9001 quality system, and grooved products has been approved by FM, UL, CE.

100TONG has two foundry plants:

South foundry plant, covering 70, 000 square meters, about 500 employee.

100TONG has seven producing workshops here : two Casting Workshop, Machining Workshop, Moulding Workshop, Polishing Workshop, two Coating & Packing Workshop.

All grooved products are produced by the advanced casting tooling of electric furnace melting, auto-casting, and vermicularzing control.

There are 6 CNC machines to make mouldings, 10 medium frequency furnaces, 4 auto-casting lines, more than 50 CNC lathes, 3 epoxy & painting lines.

The annual production capacity has exceeded 50, 000 tons.

North foundry plant, it is built in 2011, about 170, 000 square meters.

We imported two Danish DISA vertical greensand moulding lines in 2016, which is the first class moulding line in the world.

Its totally automatization and can promise the fast moulding speed, large output, precise moulding shape and perfect moulding quality, while less labour strength, higher safety, environmental friendly.

Here we also imported four USA INductotherm furnaces and the INductotherm pouring system, The INductotherm furnaces, 4 tons capacity per furnace, will meet needs of the high output of DISA moulding line.

The INductotherm pouring system, with high efficiency(500moulds/h), high precision(pouring position and temperature controlling), promise the fast and precise pouring, which greatly promote the casting quality.

The annual production capacity is more than 60, 000 tons.
