FRP sand-filled pipe is a composite pipe based on FRP spiral pipe, with quartz sand added as a reinforcement material within the structural layer.

Its typical structure is: inner lining (resin-rich layer, corrosion and seepage prevention) → structural layer (glass fiber provides strength) → sand-filled layer (resin + quartz sand, providing stiffness and reducing costs) → outer protective layer (anti-aging and external corrosion protection).
