Widely used in conveying materials in metallurgy, cement, foundries, chemical industry etc .
The belt can be as high temperature resistant, burning resistant conveyor belt, rip protection conveyor belt, acid and alkali resistant and oil resistant conveyor belt.
The core layer uses whole mesh core layer, which has the characterisitics of burning resistant, high temperature resistant, flame retardant, puncture resistant, rip protection resistant, low elongation, high adhesion strength in plies, good trough-ability, 100% vulcanizing joint, short joint, short joint manipulation time and easy to operate .
Besides, the application temperature is 150-200℃ for mesh core high temperature resistant conveyor belt and 200-500℃ for core burning resistant conveyor belt .
Mesh core rip protection conveyor belt has good property of puncture resistant and rip protection .
For mesh core acid and alkali resistant conveyor belt, the joint is same as the body in service life.
