Hydroman® Submersible Hydraulic Pump Complete with Diesel Engine Hydraulic Power Pack are specifically designed for use with the hydraulic dredge pump series equipment.

The power packs are based on diesel engines, that complies with latest emission requirements, or electric motors and are built with high quality components.

The hydraulic system is based on close loop design, therefore maximum oil flow can be controlled without varying diesel engine/electric motor speed.

Every Power Pack can be adapted to better fit customer needs with additional oil source to drive ancillary equipment (such a winches or water pumps).

Design Characteristics: ▪ Using modern CAD design methods, excellent hydraulic performance, high efficiency and low wear rate.

▪ Spacious flow channel, good anti-blocking performance, superior cavitation performance.

▪ The unique mechanical seal arrangement was adopted to make sure no leakage on the hydraulic slurry pump.

▪ The reliability design ensures that the mean time between failures of the whole machine raised substantially.

▪ The metric bearing was adopted with thin oil lubrication;set the lubrication and cooling system reasonably, and ensure that the bearing runs at low temperature.

▪ The flow passage component are made of special materials, which have good wear resistance and corrosion resistance.

▪ The slurry pump is specially treated, which can be used in working conditions such as seawater ash removal and electrochemical corrosion of seawater and salt spray.

▪ It can be used in multiple stages in series within the permissible pressure range, which allows a maximum working pressure of 3.6 MPa.
