1.4401 steel plate is an austenitic stainless steel with excellent corrosion resistance and heat resistance, also known as 1.4401 stainless steel.

It performs well in chlorine-containing media and high temperature conditions and is often used in chemical industry, marine engineering, food processing and medical equipment.

Physical properties 1.4401 steel plate: density 7.9 g/cm³, thermal expansion coefficient 16.5×10^-6/°C, thermal conductivity 15 W/(m·K) Mechanical properties 1.4401 steel plate: tensile strength ≥520 MPa, yield strength ≥210 MPa, elongation ≥40%, hardness ≤187 HB 1.4401 steel plate heat treatment: solution annealing (1010-1120℃) followed by rapid cooling to improve material strength and toughness Corrosion resistance: 1.4401 steel plate is resistant to chloride stress corrosion cracking and intergranular corrosion, and has good corrosion resistance to oxidizing media and neutral salt solutions.
